https://staijamitar.ac.id/journal/index.php/almadaris/article/view/151

This study aims to discuss the concept of the Islamic education model during the time of Prophet Muhammad and its reconstruction for the present era. It encompasses Islamic education conducted during two periods, namely the Makkah and Madinah periods, along with the values for reconstructing Islamic education applicable in the modern era. The author employed a literature review method, drawing data from journals, books, and relevant references related to the discussed topic. The study's findings indicate that in reconstructing Islamic education, attention must be given to the harmony of teaching methods. This includes the integration of digital platforms, specialized applications, and artificial intelligence to support learning. Strengthening character education can be achieved through practical learning methods, character-based projects, and collaborative learning. Moreover, holistic Islamic scholarship emphasizes spiritual, intellectual, social, and moral aspects. By adopting the values and methods of Islamic education from the time of Prophet Muhammad and formulating a curriculum aligned with the needs of the current era, it is hoped that contemporary Islamic education can provide a profound and sustainable understanding for learners.
Badrus Zaman, Ria Khasna Mursyada

https://staijamitar.ac.id/journal/index.php/almadaris/article/view/154

This study aims to analyze the implementation of digitalization at Dayah Darul Muarif and its impact on the quality of education. The digitalization at this dayah includes the use of educational software, online learning, and the integration of information technology in teaching and administrative management. The results of the study show that digitalization brings various positive impacts, such as increased access to information, more interactive learning, and management efficiency. However, the implementation of digitalization also faces several challenges, including infrastructure limitations, human resource readiness, and high implementation costs. With continuous support from various parties and appropriate strategies, this dayah can continue to optimize digital technology to improve the quality of its education. This study provides important insights for other traditional educational institutions that wish to adopt digital technology in their education systems.
Nazaruddin Nazaruddin, Ahmad Yani, Chalirafi Chalirafi, Alfi Khaira, Syamsuddin Syamsuddin

This study aims to understand the implementation of the Islamic Edutechno Preneurship Curriculum at SMK Negeri 3 Lhokseumawe and its impact on character building and skill enhancement of students. Using qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis, the research involved various stakeholders at the school. Results show that SMK Negeri 3 Lhokseumawe has established a School Development Team (TPS) to implement strategic steps in applying this curriculum. Programs such as Mandatory Scouting (Wapra) and Islamic Spirituality (Rohis) are integral to these efforts, focusing on the development of Islamic character and the integration of noble moral values in every lesson. Teacher competency is enhanced through In-House Training and Workshops, aiding in the development of both pedagogical and professional skills. The curriculum's implementation is also supported by the Aceh Education Department's socialization efforts. However, challenges remain, such as insufficient cooperation among teachers in enforcing discipline and the lack of textbooks integrated with the new curriculum. Overall, the implementation of the Islamic Edutechno Preneurship Curriculum at SMK Negeri 3 Lhokseumawe shows positive development. This curriculum has great potential to improve students' skills and Islamic character, preparing them for future challenges. This study provides valuable insights for the development of character-based and technopreneurship curricula in vocational education settings.
Muklir Muklir, Muhammad Hasyem, Abdullah Abdullah, Teuku Alfiady, Murniati Murniati

https://staijamitar.ac.id/journal/index.php/almadaris/article/view/158

For Muslims, every time the holy month of Ramadan arrives, they will of course carry out the fasting which is obligatory by Allah SWT as He says in surah Al Baqarah: 183 that every believer is ordered to fast as he has been ordered to people before him to be pious. In the same aspect, Muslims are also ordered to issue zakat fitrah in the holy month of Ramadan as a form of obeying Allah's commands. to become a pious human being. According to the scholars, the law for people who do not issue zakat fitrah can be divided into two groups, namely groups who deny the obligation of zakat fitrah and groups who are reluctant to issue zakat fitrah because they are stingy or miserly. Of course, Muslims who believe in Allah and the hereafter do not want to be included in these two groups because they are afraid of Allah's punishment in their life in this world and in the hereafter. Globally, Muslims around the world do not question differences in legal cases regarding the form of zakat fitrah because this study has an explanation in the scientific literacy of the four schools of fiqhiyah. In it there are two versions which are permissible according to the feasibility and benefit studies, that is, they may be issued in the form of certain principal items or in the form of an equivalent price value. However, basically, zakat fitrah expenditure is more prioritized, namely in the form of rice or other staple foods that are consumed by individuals and communities in a region/country. But there are other things that become a behavior in which Muslims issue their zakat and hand it over to amil zakat in mosques or institutions that are formed to take care of the management and distribution of zakat. On the other hand, Muslims distribute their own zakat fitrah to people who are deemed entitled to receive it, even to their own families and relatives. Phenomena like this are clearly seen everywhere, especially in Indonesia where I myself (the reviewer) live in Keude Aceh Village, Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City, Aceh. Based on the background above, the reviewer conducted research on the theme of the problem raised, namely "Review of Islamic Law in the Distribution of Zakat Fitrah Among Siblings". From this theme the reviewer will focus his research on several problem formulations to obtain relevant answers to the matter being studied.
Isnu Cut Ali
